spectra`s team is dedicated to your projects. We make your projects our mission and help you overcome any hurdles.

Dr. Silvia Wagner
Managing Director
Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs
Silvia is a food chemist by training, holds a PhD in toxicology and qualified as a European Registered Toxicologist (ERT). After several years in the chemical industry, she moved on to the regulatory area in 2012. In 2018, she founded spectra Consult GmbH, an independent consulting company specialised in technical and regulatory affairs for biocides.
With more than 10 years of experience in the crazy biocide world, Silvia gained not only experience with all kinds of BPR activities, but also developed a good sense of the challenging project needs in a highly dynamic field of constantly moving targets.
Silvia founded spectra with the vision to offer tailored support to biocidal projects at any stage, thereby becoming a strong project partner confident to find the best solution to overcome every hurdle.
Going far beyond bringing expertise into the projects, spectra’s commitment expands to roles such as strategic and sparring partner (humorously dubbed by clients as devil’s advocate) or flexible task force (in case the impossible needs to be made possible).
We at spectra work on this goal as a team every day!
